The platter…. So we had another bake off at work, not as many cakes as last time, but the quality made up for the quantity. I was the judge as I have some ‘experince’ in these matters. Helen’s orange drizzle cake was the winner, narrowly beating Brian’s fruit cake into second place. Victoria sponge Fruit cake
